Eric P. Sventek
Eric P. Sventek is a graduate of Binghamton University where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in political science in 1990. Mr. Sventek then worked in agriculture and heavy equipment sales for eleven years before returning to law school in 2001. In 2004, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law in Ohio. Mr. Sventek has been practicing in Florida since 2004.
Mr. Sventek actively litigates cases involving insurance claims, personal injury, workers compensation, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and social security disability claims.
Mr. Sventek is originally from the Buffalo, New York, area and has also spent time near Gainesville, Florida and Akron, Ohio. Eric has lived full time in Northwest Florida since May of 2004, and is looking forward to spending many years to come in the area.
